These terms cover your purchase and use of 313 Audio software plugins. By buying or using a product you agree to them. Contact: support@313audio.com.
313 Audio sells downloadable audio plugins (synthesizer and effect instruments) in VST3 and CLAP formats for macOS and Windows. Purchases are one‑time (not subscriptions) and include free updates to that product.
One purchase grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the product on up to three (3) devices you own or control, for your own music — including commercial, royalty‑free productions. You keep the rights to the music you make.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share, or redistribute the software or your license key; remove or alter copyright/ownership notices; or attempt to defeat the license/activation system. The software and its design remain the intellectual property of 313 Audio.
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Because products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are considered case‑by‑case — if something doesn't work, email support@313audio.com within 14 days and we'll make it right. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy.
Any free or promotional copy we provide may be time‑limited (e.g. a 30‑day trial) and is for personal evaluation only; the redistribution restrictions above still apply.
The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 313 Audio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited under applicable law.
Product names referencing classic hardware are used descriptively only. 313 Audio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roland Corporation; "TB‑303", "808" and "909" are trademarks of their respective owners.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
