313 Audio ("we", "us") makes and sells audio software plugins for music production. This policy explains what data we handle when you buy or use our products and visit 313audio.com. Questions: support@313audio.com.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your payment and billing details under their privacy policy. We do not see or store your full payment card details. We receive your email address and order information so we can deliver your download, send your license key, and provide support.
If a product uses a license key, activating it sends your license key and a device name to Lemon Squeezy's licensing service to confirm the activation and enforce the per‑purchase device limit. Our plugins do not collect analytics, track you, or send any other personal data from your computer.
Our site is static and hosted on Amazon Web Services (S3 / CloudFront). We do not use cookies, analytics, or trackers. AWS may process standard server access logs (e.g. IP address) to operate and secure the service.
Only to fulfil and support your order (delivery, license keys, updates, replies to your emails) and to meet legal/accounting obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold (mainly your email and order history) by emailing support@313audio.com. Payment records held by Lemon Squeezy are subject to their policy and legal retention rules.
Our products are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
